*CHEAP* Overnight getaway ideas needed!!
DH, DS and I just moved in with MIL. Needless to say DH and I are deperatly in need of some private "Us" time.
DH agreed to us taking occassional overnight getaways, but they have to be cheap. He's so stingy! Ugh! 
Anyway, looking for suggestions.
I'm open to almost anything- EXCEPT the wineries or things out East. We moved form Riverhead to Lake Grove, so while I LOVE it out there, I don't want a getaway out there.

Sign up to all of those reduced sites (groupon, eversave, living social, buy with me, etc.) you can get a sick deal on quick trips and sites to see,

check hotwire we need to go to vermont and I was able to get a hotel for $40 p/n

We have found deals for Atlantic City which has always been great, also Mystic, CT
