cheap summer clothes?
is there any websites or places to get cheap summer clothes? I dont want to spend 50 on a cute outfit so what are some places that have cute reasonably priced outfits..either websites or in store

I always get great deals on summer stuff at Target and Kohl's.

I agree. I only shop here. Target has some REALLY cute summer and spring stuff out and it is really affordable.
