Cheapest place ONLINE to buy a new Ipad (NON ebay)
Bestbuy? Walmart? Any others?
I'm looking for a full size, for around $350.

I'd go to Apple & look at their refurbished equipment because it comes with a warranty.
Other than that, check out Costco.
