CHEERLEADING COACHES...
Are there any Cheerleading Coaches on here? I'm curious to see what the format of your practices "look" like...
I just started coaching JV Cheerleading at my district, and I wanted to bounce a few ideas off any of you out there...

My sister is a varsity cheerleading coach and she is amazing. I went to their first game the other day and couldn't believe how good they looked already (this is her 1st year). She is tough though. She cheered in college. FM me if you want to talk to her.
