Cheese soup recipe?
Anyone have a good one?
We got soup from a new restaurant in town the other night, and their cheese soup was DELISH!! Had nice chunky onions in it, YUM!

my MIL gave us a great recipe for Jarelsburg ( i think its a kind of swiss) cheese soup. its GREAT!
and... you put carrots and celery and broccoli in it, too so its great way to get some veggies in.
I'll try to remember to post the recipe when i get home from work, if you're interested...
