Cheesecake Factory recipe?
does anyone know if their cheesecake recipe is posted anywhere.

Is it really the recipe? I find it strange that flour is in it and also the sour cream. It doesn't taste like it has sour cream in it at all. Would they even give the recipe away? Also it must have some kind of preservative or flavour in it, b/c it is a chain and they have to have some kind of consistency.
I love making cheesecakes and it is my specialty, so I am pretty good at tasting what is in them.

my aunt makes her cheesecakes w/sour cream - it is delicious! but the flour part seems strange to me...
