Chevy Trail blazer owners
does anyone know the MPG this SUV gets?
I have one as a rental now- and it seems to be decent- but it doesn't tell me
it's driving me nuts!

I should only have it for another week- (I crashed mine)
but I feel like it has to be ok- I haven't got gas in a week and I went to SI
I feel like my SUV would need gas- or maybe it's b/c my DH is afraid to drive the rental car?

I would say its pretty much the same as my GMC Envoy. I get anywhere from 17-21 mpg. HTH!

My grandfather has one and it's his peeve. I think he expected a bit more than what he's getting. He knows SUVs don't get great mpg, but he wasn't expecting to get as little as he realistically does. But I love how it drives!

It's not that good. Mine is 6 years old and I average about 15mpg with a mix of highway and around town, now that I'm not working it's more around town driving.

one way for you to find out is - next time you get gas, reset the miles on the trip computer. then when you fill up again, divide the # of miles you drove into the # of gallons on the fill up. that will give you the MPG
eta: so lets say you drove 250 miles and you just filled up with 10 gallons, you got 25 MPG on your last tank.
