Chicco Keyfit and Universal Stroller Frames
We are committed to getting the Chicco Keyfit infant seat but have yet to decide which universal "snap and go" frame we want being that none of them technically "fit." We like the way the seat sits on the Kolkraft frame (high and easily accessible) but the seat isn't all that snug into the frame. The seat is much more snug on the Baby Trend Snap N Go but it seems like it sits much lower and like the baby's legs are far too forward, almost through the handle. Haven't tried it with the Combi Flash EX frame yet and the Maclaren just didn't fit at all. What has everyone's experience been with the Keyfit and one of the snap n go frames? HELP!!!

I use the Chicco Keyfit and Baby Trend Snap and Go. It does NOT snap but there is a belt you can use to secure the seat. I never do I've never had a problem. I'm never doing much more than walking with it on flat areas, so I don't see any risk of tipping.

Re: Chicco Keyfit and Universal Stroller Frames
i have the baby trend snap n go and a chicco infant carseat - and i have to say, the carrier fits very snugly into the frame, although it does not "snap," and i feel very secure using it with the safety straps. (although i do sometimes forget to use the straps and i have never had a problem)

I used the baby trend and have no complaints. It worked out great for me.

I did the same as the others, I had no problem with the bby trend. My DH was hesitant in using it at first but then found it really was more convenient and actually kept it in his car as a second stroller.
