Chicco Trevi help!
I just bought one, and had the chance to use it today...
When I push it (w/ or w/o child in it) the whole thing shakes. ..
Did I do something wrong? Is mine defective??
The model in the store didn't do this, and after I put it together the other night- I pushed it around the house and it was fine

call Chicco customer service? we bought a Chicco (the ct1 or something) and called them, and I think even if they weren't open, they did call me back when they did..

I have this stroller and it does not shake. It rides really smooth. I would exchange it for a new one

I realized after this post, that I never got my cup holder either so-
I called BRU and told them I no longer had the box but I did have the recipt-
they told me to come on down...
Actually customer service was so helpful..
They took it back and built the new one for me and let me "try it out" before accepting it. So I can make sure it didnt shake or anything..
Anyways- I got my new one- and love it!
I guess the 1st one was defective!

I'm glad you got a new one, this is my favorite stroller! I wish they would've had this stroller before I bought so many others!
