CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

3 CHICKEN BREAST CUT UP IN TO SMALL CUBES
1 CAN CHICKEN BROTH
2 PKGS FROZEN CUT BROCCOLI
2 CANS CREAM CHICKEN SOUP UNDILUTED
1 CUP MAYONAISE
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
3/4 CUP SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
DASH NUTMEG
1/2 CUP TOASTED BREAD CRUMBS

COOK CHICKEN VERY SLOWLY IN CHICKEN BROTH IN A COVERED POT UNTIL JUST TENDER. REMOVE AND COOL.
BUTTER A CASSEROL DISH. PLACE CHICKEN SLICES ON TOP. COMBINE CHICKEN SOUP, MAYONAISE, LEMON JUICE, AND NUTMEG. POUR MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI. SPRINKLE WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND THEN WITH TOASTED BREAD CRUMBS.
BAKE UNCOVERED, AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1/2 HOUR; UNTIL BUBBLEY.
SERVE HOT OVER EGG NOODLES.
