Anyone have a good recipe where the cheese doenst come out?

I made up my own version:
Thin cut cutlets
1 slice ham
1 slice swiss cheese
dijion mustard
breadcrumbs
Put the chicken down, put ham/cheese on top. Fold over 1/3 - brush a little dijion mustard, fold over other 1/3. brush w/ mustard. roll in bread crumbs.
bake seam side down.
