Chicken help
I am getting a little tired of chicken and turkey. I am making the same meals...
chicken chili turkey and spinach meatballs baked chicken with a marinade chicken parm lasagna etc....
I don't eat red meat, but DH will grill a steak or burger for the boys.
Need some new and easy ideas. Any lemon chicken recipe worth trying? Shrimp?
My kids really haven't tried too much fish, but willing to try even though DH doesn't love it.

Re: Chicken help
I make a great chicken meatballs over whole wheat penne with broccoli Delicious. Are you open to ground chicken?
I also have pinned a bunch of chicken recipes- one is coated in ritz crackers and baked and then you put a creamy sauce over it.
The other is a chicken burritto bowl
Also we make one that we coat in a cornflake, dry ranch dressing combo and bake.
Skinny Taste Balsamic Chicken and roasted veges is sooo good too.

Do you eat pork? Skinny taste dijon pork chops ate easy and really good. Italian sausage is a frequent one here bc it's one of the few things everyone will eat.
We do burgers with ground chicken. I add a little Frank's hot sauce or bbq sauce.
Skinny taste buffalo chicken strips are so fast and we love them.
We like this fish recipe and use it on almost any white fish. I've done it in foil packs on the grill. http://fashionablefoods.com/2014/06/27/2014618roasted-chili-lime-cod/

Chicken help
I'm in the same boat- I only eat chicken and turkey (well, and bacon).
I make Giada's lemon spaghetti recipe with chicken or shrimp Salmon with tzatziki Iavarone chicken burgers/meatloaf (I do the meatloaf in the slow cooker with sauce and potatoes) Shrimp oreganata with angel hair Pulled chicken Buffalo chicken quesadillas Buffalo chicken mac and cheese Chicken tacos Chicken souvlaki Pasta with hot chicken sausage Turkey breast in the crock pot with mashed cauliflower Turkey panini with cranberry sauce and brie Chicken faux-chiladas
If you eat bacon I grill up seasoned cutlets and make a chickpea and bacon mix to put on top- so delish.
I probably have a million more because I have had to find a million ways to make chicken less boring.

I love boneless skinless chicken thighs. I often marinate and grill them. Tonight, I made a piccata-style that was delish! Melt 2Tbsp. Unsalted butter and 4 Tbsp. Olive oil in a hge skillet. 12 boneless skinless thighs, seasoned with s&p and tossed with a little flour. Brown foe 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and put into a roasting pan. Drain 1/2 oil mixture. Add 3-4 cloves grated or finely minced garlic, stir. Add 3/4 cup white wine and the juice of 2 lemons to the pan. Scrape up brown bits and simmer for 1 minute. Add in 2 Tbsp. Nonpareil capers. Season with s/p. Pour mixture over chicken.. Bake at 400 for 20-30 mins.

Re: Chicken help
I've been making a lot of pulled chicken in the crock pot lately. It's so simple and can be used over rice, in a salad, as a sandwich or taco. I throw chicken breast in with some water and adobo and cook on low for 6 hours. Then I toss it with whatever flavor I'm in the mood for: buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, ceasar dressing, etc.
I also like making grilled chicken with toppings..tomato, mozzarella and basil..bacon and cheddar..avocado and muenster.

Chicken help
I am in the same boat as you-I don't eat red meat or pork.
A favorite in my house is: turkey meatballs with gray & buttered egg noodles. make turkey meatballs ( I do egg, breadcrumbs & grated cheese)- roll them when still raw in breadcrumbs (it will stick to the meat)- then fry them. Toss them in a pot with turkey gravy and make buttered egg noodles to eat with. I like Turkey cutlets better than chicken ones I try to just take regular meat based recipes and make them with chicken or turkey: stuffed peppers with ground turkey, chicken wit peppers/onion and sofrito over Spanish rice. I a lot of shrimp too and salmon- which we buy from Costco.
