Chicken Meatloaf
What do you put in yours? I tried making mine the way I make my regular beef meatloaf and it wasn't very good. Any recommendations?

I mix ground chicken with diced onions, defrosted chopped spinach, feta cheese, one egg, mccormick grill seasoning, oregano, S&P and a little olive oil.
Sometimes I serve it sliced thin with pita bread, tomatoes and yogurt sauce...yum!
Sometimes I also leave out the spinach/feta combo and add in bbq sauce and ketchup and then spread a little more bbq on top halfway through cooking it.
