chicken on the bone?
Anyone have a good recipe for these? Preferably baked in the oven? TIA!

I usually make chicken breast in the oven with lemon potatoes or baked in bbq sauce.
No real recipe, sorry!

I either marinate them in catalina dressing or spice them with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika...

I make Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Chicken under a Brick. You start it on the stovetop and finish in the oven and you use a heavy pan/brick to weigh it down and the skin gets all crispy.
You can find the recipe on the food tv website.

Spanish Chicken
In a 9x13 pan I put Sofrito on the bottom Then place chicken on the bone, quartered onion, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and white potatoes around the chicken. Sprinkle with Adobo & Sazon and bake in a 375 degree oven until chicken reaches 180 (thigh, breast, away from the bone and the juices run clear)
I baste it a few times from the sofito and juices from the chicken.
So good and soooo easy!

Lemon Garlic Chicken
In a 9x13 pan I put some Olive Oil on the bottom.
Then place chicken on the bone, garlic and red onion and quartered lemon around.
Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Oregano.
375 degree oven until chicken reaches 180 (thigh, breast, away from the bone and the juices run clear)
During the last 10-15 minutes of cooking squeeze fresh lemon juice over chicken.
