You could try Dr. Sean Haggerty in Centereach. Have not used him myself, but know someone who has and was happy.

Dr. Margaret Beaudoin
She is in nassau (rockville centre). She was my professor (doctoral program) and very highly recommended. Maybe she can give you the name of someone in Suffolk.
