South Shore Counseling in Wantagh. Call them to see which one of their many therapists they recommend and they always try to match their patients with the best therapist for them.

psychiatrist is mainly for meds but they do, do therapy, but if thats not needed I would say to go to a psychologist.
Check out psychologytoday.com it will help you find one and one that takes insurance.
where in nassau??
