Does anybody know what is the difference between Lamaze and the Bradley Method?

I don't really know anyone who uses Lamaze anymore especially for natural childbirth.
Most people who plan natural childbirth will use Bradley or Hypnobirthing. I used Birthing from Within and I am sure there are others.
It does boil down to breathing most of the time but there are so many other techniques that can be used. I think nrtshrgrl used Bradley she could tell you more.
