Childbirth video RAVE
Instead of taking classes, DH and I watched the Laugh and Learn series tonight (as per recommended by so many posters on here). I loved them! They were full of information and she kept it entertaining and funny so were werent bored throughout the whole thing. It cleared up so many of my questions and didn't scare the cr@p out of us like I thought a childbirth video would 
Anyone who is thinking of watching these videos -- DO IT!!! You'll feel SO prepared afterwards.

I rented it too and it was very helpful and informative. I got I from my library- they had to loan it from an area library but I did finally get it. I almost want to watch it again as a refresher! I'm all  right now...my EDD is two weeks from TODAY!

where did you get the dvd?
They're kind of expensive, so I actually did one of the Netflix free trials, got the dvd's and watched them, and then cancelled the trial. Worked out great!

Great idea! I will do this too!
I actually tried to get this on Netflix this morning, including the Laugh and Learn Breastfeeding and there were none available. They said that wait was going to be "Very Long", so I ended up cancelling. I have a bunch of coupons for BRU, so I think I am going to go over there and pick it up.

When I put them on my Que at first it said "very long wait", but then they sent them within 3 days. I'm sending mine back in tomorrow's mail, so you never know!

We got it from Netflix and just watched it Friday night and DH and i thought the same thing...it was very informative and even had DH laughing ina few areas.
