You could do the furniikit route- but its not made so well!
You may be able to get something on sale at Behrs....
How about the bedroom source?

We decided to buy better furniture that will last for decades. Both my ds and dd have cribs that convert to daybeds, then to twin beds. The changing table has a shelving unit that we'll put on after they are out of diapers. Yes, it costs more up front, but we're done buying furniture for them (except for a twin mattress) as long as they live with us. Of course, if you don't have the funds now, that doesn't help, but it's something we thought about, and were able to spend more now to save more later.
