Re: childrens place SIZING
I have had a hard time with TCP. Pants are on the smaller size for DS but tops are on the bigger size.
For example...I have a ton of 6-9 tops for him that are just way to big but he wears 6-12 in pretty much all of the other brands.
I have a pair of 6-9 pants that are starting to get snug on him but 12m are too big.

Re: childrens place SIZING
i find the childrens place runs extremly true to size. i would think 3-6 months would be a little too big for a newborn.

Re: childrens place SIZING
I think they're sizing is perfect. DD wears 0-3 months in their stuff (she is 2 1/2 months). They fit her great. She is 10 lb. and 21 3/4" if that helps.

Re: childrens place SIZING
It really depends how big your baby is. For Marron's first year, she was always behind in the sizing (i.e wearing 3-6 months when she turned 6 months). Now she is right on target. She's 19 months, and is wearing 18 month old clothes.

Re: childrens place SIZING
For babies I think they are pretty true to size.
Now Sarah is in 3T there and the pants are perfect length and waist, but Old Navy 3T pants are long and big in the waist.

Re: childrens place SIZING
I agree for a baby, they are true to size. Otherwise I find their sizes odd. Last year my DD outgrew some 2T pants mid season and others she wore into the Spring. How does one pair of cords at TCP vary size-wise from another pair of cords from them as well? I know different brands run different but how can 2 of the same size pants from the same store (same material) be so different?

Re: childrens place SIZING
I have always found their sizes to run a little small. My little one is 4 months and their 6-9 month cloths fit her perfect right now and she is average in the 50th percentile for height and weight
My older on is turning 3 and wears their 4T stuff right now, but she tends to always be a little ahead in clothing sizes

Re: childrens place SIZING
It all depends on the baby's size. DS is 15 months old very skinny but very tall. So at TCP, 12 months pants are to big on him but 12 months shirts fit him good.

I agree. My 20 month old DS is tall and thin also and he wears 18 month shirts, but the 12 month pants are just fitting him now. However, I have 12 month pants that he wore last spring that fit perfectly on the waist, but are too short--same exact style pants as the ones he's wearing now.

Re: childrens place SIZING
Am I the only one who finds that Children's Place runs small?? My DD is 18 months and she is wearing 3T tops and 2T pants from there. I find they shrink so much when washed!
