Children's specialty dress shop in Nassau
is there a store in Nassau like Little Dicken's which is in Suffolk?
ETA: I am looking for a sailor suit for DS.

I don't know what Little Dickens is like, but there's a store on Merrick Road in Massapequa. I can't remember the name, but it's in the same shopping center as Butera's. My SIL bought DD's Christmas dress there. They have very cute stuff.

It's Charlottes. But, I know Lobels in Sunrise has a big selection.

Yes. They moved their location and are now by the Sears. I was in NY last week and saw some.
