Chimney sweep recc please (and rant lol)

I've been trying to get in touch with Bestway for a chimeny sweep but my patience is running extremely thin with the woman who handles their phones. Slow does not begin to describe. We were scheduled for this past Saturday but it was canceled due to the rain. I was told someone would call me back on Monday to reschedule, but no one did. I finally called today and spoke to this same woman who does not seem to understand that we work and can't get a chimney sweep on a random Tuesday. How many times are you going to ask if Saturday is the only day. OMG!!

ANYWAY, is there anyone else out there that is competent and can sweep a chimney? Bestway is calling me back in an hour (second call back today, since this woman can't seem to read and talk on the phone at the same time) to see if they have anything on an upcoming Saturday.

This is so mean, but I just needed to a) vent and b) get a recommendation!!
