Chinese food - go for it or stay away??
I'm seriously craving some Chinese food. It's gross out, DH is out with the guys and the delivery menu is on the counter. Should I pull the trigger and order or should I squash the craving and eat something healthier?

I eat it. My favorite dishes are the soups, shrimp w eggplant and chow mein which is mostly vegetables. I would say go for it. You can ask for no MSG.

I would go for it but try to pick a health option- skip any thing fried, etc. and make sure to drink lots of water to get rid of the excess sodium.

Go for it, but try to get a veggie so you don't feel AS bad. I always prefer chicken w/ broccoli...the broccoli is practically steamed, so I feel at least I'm getting se nutrients. Also, my place doesn't use MSG.

I'm thinking chicken with garlic sauce and wonton soup.

Sounds so good but I can't have it. Too much sodium and I'm on blood pressure meds. Go for it, it's just one time.

Go for it! I've been eating really bland Chinese food lately. It's the only thing that doesn't make me want to vomit at the site of it lol

Love Chinese food. How about steamed chicken and broccoli with sauce on side.

I eat it several times a month. My blood sugar remains in range so I don't see the harm.
