Chinese food catering on Long Island?

I'd like to have a party catered for VERY cheap - I was thinking Chinese food would be the way to go...

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you mean by catering (for instance, people who serve the food, etc) but when I have Lunar New Year with my classes, I order trays of food from the local Chinese place. It is usually about 10-12 $ a tray,

Whoops! That's exactly what I mean - I need just the trays and I'll hire a server or two.

Any chinese food place does it? That never even dawned on me. Duh.

And it's only $10 or $12 a tray!?!?! For the large trays that like italian food comes in??? That is FANTASTIC!!!
