Chiropractor
I've been seeing a chiropractor very regularly since October. He's been adjusting the irregular curve in my neck.
He's moving...and the location is not convenient for me. Do I tell him so that he can give my 'records' to a new doctor (if he even keeps them- I never see him taking note or anything) or can I just go to another chiropractor and they'll figure it out themselves?
I feel bad...he's a really nice guy, and my boss (principal) recommended him. But part of me will be glad to go elsewhere- he talks TOO MUCH. And not just him- the receptionists too! I can never get outta there! And he has the corniest jokes of all time. I'm talking wearing dumb hats and breaking out the rubber chickens....

Re: Chiropractor
I would have him send your records elsewhere. When I've moved offices (even across states), I've had them send my records.
If you need a chiropractor recommendation near Coram, I have one for you!
