I just started because I thought DD may be allergic to pampers...Im using the seventh generation ones. They work very well...they actually dont swell up at all with urine, even less than the pampers.

My friend swears by them. She uses Seventh Generation also.

We had about 2 packages of the 7th Generation when DD was a newborn. She leaked through them horribly, every time, and she was changed so often back then. A friend with a boy had similar issues when he was a newborn too. Neither of us has tried them since, though, so maybe they'd work better for us now.
