Chocolate Ganache
does anyone like this filling in a cake? i need to decide on a filling for DD christening cake. (which I have ordered from Dortonis)

I just ordered my son's bday cake there yesterday.  I got chocolate fudge filling b/c the kids like it best, but their ganache is delicious!! Are you having a yellow cake?
