Chocolate lolipops - quick question
For those of you that have experience making these-
I need to make about 100 regular sized chocolate lolipops. How many 1 lb bags of chocolate wafers should I purchase?

in my experience, you can make about 15-20 or so per bag...so I would get at least 6-7......

Can you buy a 5 lb bag and a 2 lb bag? I think they have the different sizes at the Chocolate Duck in Farmingdale.
I am pretty sure this is what I did for MIL when she did the pops for my baby shower last year.

If you're buying the chocolate from a chocolate store (not Michaels or AC Moore) they can usually measure the mold and tell you exactly what you need to make x amount of lollypops.
