Re: Chocolate or dessert ideas
I usually try to just have a small piece of dark chocolate.
But if I need something more substantial I have a Vita Top.

Re: Chocolate or dessert ideas
I make homeade "chocolate bars"
I melt some semi sweet chocolate chips, usually about half the bag and I put it on top of half a bag of Fiber One Cereal. Mix it really well with my hands (so messy) and once all covered, i push flat onto a baking sheet and put in the freezer for about 20 minutes and then break it into pieces and ziploc it and keep them in the freezer. You can not even taste the cereal, it's just a crunchy chocolety treat thats really high in fiber.

I second the raspberry pops, they are delish! they remind me of a chocolate covered jelly ring

Re: Chocolate or dessert ideas
I have diet hot chocolate (I think the brand is Swiss Miss). It's 25 calories per packet. I don't do WW so i don't know what that is in points.

Re: Chocolate or dessert ideas
I make homemade chocolate chip cookies (ghiradelli chips), with whole wheat flour, and cookable protein powder, honey, canola oil and walnuts, vanilla and almond extract. They are yummy
