Christening invites - did you include direction cards?
I was all ready to send out her christening invites and then realized I didn't put together little cards with directions. Are they necessary? Or will people just look it up (everyone is local).

I did, but don't sweat it. Most people have GPSs or will call and get directions if they need to.

i forgot them one time, dont remember which party. and people called or emailed me or looked it up, depending on how web saavy they were

I did - but that's why there's map quest. We had people coming quite a distance so I really had to.

I really want to send out the invites tonight (RSVP date is less than a month away) - hubby suggested just making up some direction cards for that day if people have any questions on getting to the restaurant. Do you think that is good enough?

I didn't. I figured most people have GPS or access to mapquest or would ask us if need be! (and most of our guests know the area well, which is key)

I totally forgot to put them in the invites and it was fine. If you cannot put them in I would not worry about it.
