christening thank yous...
if you included a picture with the thank you did you do it of you, dh and DC or just DC?
what wording did you use? i feel like im saying the same thing in every thank you i need some new ideas
ETA: Did you sign them from DC or you, dh and DC? alot of people made the card to my, dh and dd so im thinking of putting all 3 of us

I put pictures of my DS and signed the card from him. I had preprinted cards made and used the same wording fro everyone. This is the wording I used:
Thank you for adding to the joyous spirit of my Christening day with your love & generous gift.

I used shutterfly to make my thank yous. There were 2 prof pics of DS in his christening outfit, with Thank you for sharing in my Baptism.
On the back I wrote personal messages as if DS wrote them (Thank you for coming to my christening I hope you had as much fun as I did.... Mommy and Daddy say the gift is for my college fund, but I have my eyes set on Disney, etc) so I signed

I had my pre-printed to match the invitation (got them from storkieexpress.com).
I had them signed with just my daughter's name.

I had a card with her photo and a pre-printed message on the front thanking people for their gift and sharing her day, signed by DD and on the back I wrote another little message and signed it from DH and me. I had a dozen variations of the same thing - thanking people for coming to the christening and for loving and caring about DD.

Same but the P family 
As far as a thank you message...I concentrate on different messages for the people that have the potential to see other cards..like my cousin and aunt get different message but otherwise everyone gets almost the same. I make note where I can of things to specifically thank but otherwise it's the same.
So don't worry too much

I thought I was the only freak who make sure to give family members different messages in thank yous. My friends all laugh at me because I drive myself crazy!

I use the same general wording but try to make them as personal as I can. I also write different messages in thank yous to different members of the same immediate family that could be seen by each other.
I signed them from Thomas.

I did 3 pictures of my daughter and inside added a family picture of all of us. The wording was this:
Top part of card:
Every child is a gift from up above...
Bottom part of card:
We've been blessed to share this beautiful celebration with you and we thank you for adding to the joyful spirit during our daughter's christening celebration with your presence, generosity and thoughtfulness.
Much love and many thanks.
(added all our names here)
ETA: the above I had preprinted in the card (shutterfly). I also wrote a personal message to each person.
the pictures were of DD in her dress.
