I desperately need a pair, just the classic black peep toe..but was wondering if any of you knew if the websites that have them cheaper are legit?
In other words, is there a site to buy them where they are real, but discounted?
How much on average do they run?
Where can I go to try them on?

This site Theoutnet.com is legit.
The price really depends on the fabric and style. They go from $500-3000.
The classic black peep-toe is $795.
You can try them on at Saks NYC, Bergdorf Goodman &
Hirshleifers @ Americana Manhasset

Unfortunately, you've never going to find a classic black peep toe at a discounted price.
Spoil yourself - they are SO fabulous!! And actually comfortable. But be warned, that beautiful red sole wears away ..........

Yep...Is there anywhere you can have them resoled? Mine are looking pretty shabby

I have all mine sent out to Santana Creative. They have done a beautiful job on a few that had nicks and scrapes and resoled them for me.

the classics dont go on sale.
there's a few things you can do about the sole. you can put Foot Petals clear Sole Stopperz on it or there's a few places in the city and one in manhasset that can resole them. you can also send them to louboutin's cobbler in paris.
