I must be getting old...because all I want to know is why she has rags hanging from her neck. 
Is that the new look?  (FWIW, I hate the whole hanging scarf look, especially in warmer weather. )

I think it is --I saw it a lot in the airport on young folks & on mannequins in Macys ( whihc struck me as odd for this time of year), but that doesn't even look like a scarf--it looks like a shoelace!

Looks like a good way to choke yourself. That looks like it could easily get caught in something...
