Christina Aguilera's message to the fans + NEW video for Save Me From Myself
Dear fans,
Today is a very joyful and special day for Jordan and I as we welcome our first son into this world.
In honor of our love for each other and our growing family, I have put together a special video for the song "Save Me From Myself" off my Back to Basics album. This video is very dear to me as it includes actual footage from our personal wedding video!
Just a little something to say "thank you" for your undying love and support. It is in no small part because of you that I live such a blessed and wonderful life!

Love it! I feel like I have never seen pics of her wedding. This is the first time I've seen her dress. Not my taste, but she pulled it off beautifully!

Really touching - this girl is so talented and so grounded. It really just makes me pause and think about human nature - both she and Britney grew up under similar circumstances, and yet one flew off the cuckoo's nest, and the other has her life together, is grounded and very real. What makes the difference? Just a question of character??

One of my FAVORITE songs off her album...beautiful video... not crazy about her wedding dress either but her veil was gorgeous and she looked beautiful... very real... and she looked flawless in the video - casual, not too much makeup. loving this!

I think its something else as well. When they first came out- Brittany was the "virginal" one, and Christina was the "slutty one" (e.g. All the piercings, "Dirtttty") and Christina expressed her sexuality in a healthy way for her age. So she had her wild times as an older teenager so when she hit her twenties, she had "gone through it" and was mature enough to settle down, pick a good guy to marry and take time to enjoy her marriage before having a baby.
I think another difference is the parents. I read somewhere that before Jamie Lynn's pregnancy, Lynn (the mom) "made a career of bring Brittany Spears' mom". And its true. Lynn likes the spotlight too and has always had her hand in Brittney's pocket, whereas when do we see Christina's mom anywhere, except when Christina is being awarded with something.

ITA. I think she did things that people do at the right age...not realize after you have 2 kids & 2 failed marriages that you want to have a different life. I think it is hard for Britney, and I feel badly that the whole world is watching her life crumble, but I also feel like her support system did not do what they could to help her become a strong person other than the celeb they created...
