Christmas Brunch/Lunch...
I am having 10 people over around 11am Christmas morning.
I need to know what else I should have. Can you please help me
And this should not be on Recipes because I am not necessarily looking for recipes just advice
Baked Ziti Ham Crumb Cake Apple Cinnamon Bread This potato and potato chip thing Some cold cuts with bagels.
Should I have more?
Maybe cheese and crackers?
After this we are going to my SIL's for a big Christmas Dinner so I don't want to have too much stuff.
TIA

Re: Christmas Brunch/Lunch...
I would add something a bit lighter. Maybe a fruit salad or fruit/yogurt/granola parfaits. Also a frittata or quiche would be nice.

Re: Christmas Brunch/Lunch...
Definitely a quiche for a more breakfast-y kind of option.
Muffins (the ones from Costco are awesome).

I would love that recipe. I am also making Breakfast for Christmas day, and looking for some good ideas. Thank you 5ofClubs.

Re: Christmas Brunch/Lunch...
I agree with everyone else - quiche or baked frittata, baked french toast & fruit would be ideal.

I was going to say the same thing. They have the BEST quiches. I but one every year for Christmas morning, because I am cooking a big meal later in the day. We just have some quiche while we open our gifts and read the paper, etc.
My favorite is the brocolli one.

Are they frozen? How far in advance can I buy one?
