Christmas present ideas for kids
This is going to sound crazy to some, but to others, not so crazy. My DS's are getting bigger, and they wanted expensive gifts this year. WII , scooters, and some crazy night vision masks, then one DS wanted a camera and the other wanted a nintendo DS. So all of that adds up to over a grand, and i don't really want to spend much more on them. I'm looking for suggestions for gifts for an 8 and 11 yo boy that doesn't cost an arm or a leg. I just want a few more things to go under the tree. I got them watches ( (cheap target ones) and cars for their stockings, and i cant think of anything else for under the tree, just so they don't only have 3 presents to open KWIM?. Suggestions? TIA

While I would not get everything on their list and I don't know what your finances are I would try to get one of the wish list items. I certainly would not spend $1000 on both of them and I would take this opportunity to expalin to your children how much things cost. With that said, and if you can reasonably swing it, if everyone wants a wii then I would just do that with two controllers and two nunchucks and a game that everyone can play.
