Kmart, Macys (all their stuff is marked down 50%, but I can't recall if I saw tree-toppers), Michael's had some the other day when I was there.
I haven't been to Hicks yet, but maybe some of the other girls can tell you if it's worth driving to.

disney store had the cutest light up tinkerbells all over 40%off they were pretty cheap

I wanted this one but they're out of it at the store by me (riverhead) 
They do however have cute mickey and minnie ones on a star that lights up...
