Chrysler Service in Port Jefferson? Vent and question?

Have you had a good experience there?

I have been there several times, and have never gotten out in one shot. Are they just playing me? I am just getting frustrated that no matter what they try to fix, it has to go back 3-4 times before it right and they are always trying to charge me for something.

For example, right now I am dealing with an oil leak. I have been there 3 times, and the car has not stopped leaking, yet they want to tell me each time that it is a "new leak", not that they didn't fix it right.

Please tell me they aren't really trying to scam me? I would go to another place, but there is a warranty issue that I have to use them. I feel like they do things to my car though, to make me have to come back and pay another co pay. I am beyond frustrated...thanks for reading if you did.

I have never delt with them, but I would ask to speak to a manager- or maybe call their customer care line.
