Has anyone been to churrasqueira carvalhos rodizio in bellmore? It is the restaurant that moved in to where Cafe Symposio was.

I have been wanting to try it. I hear it's one of those restaurants where you get a card with a green side & a red side. Green means more meat, red means no more meat.

We just tried it last night for the first time. It was ok, I've definitely had much better rodizio. The rodizio was $36pp which is pretty much on par with other Brazilian restaurants I've been to but I found their selection lacking (only about 5 different meats).
They didn't give one of those red/green stopper things, they just kind of stopped coming around after a while and the waiter came over and said, "you're done, right?" and took our plates away.
Sides were not bad. Black beans, veggies, and rice were good, fries sucked. The fried plantains were not really plantains, they were fried bananas.

We didn't hate it but it's one of those places where we tried it but probably wont be going back.
