Cinco de mayo recipes?
My mom makes a shrimp salad with chilled shrimp, avocado, fresh salsa, garlic and cilantro. Super easy, she buys the bagged frozen shrimp already cooked and defrosts it.

Steak fajitas, black beans, maybe some yellow rice
Guacamole with home made chips omg or Home made salsa
I love smashing 1/2 ripe avocado with Mrs. Renfro's green salsa
