I am using the IVF ones now and I have to say I find them very relaxing and helps me maintain a positve outlook on the whole process. If I use them during the day I often nap afterwards or I use them before bed and go to sleep. It cost me around $50.00 and I downloaded it onto my i-pod. There are coupons codes on-line that save you a few bucks. Whether or not I will end up with a BFP remains to be seen but since this process can be so stressful I do feel it was worth it. Good Luck!

I think I may buy the actual CD's and then if anyone needs it I could always make a copy for them since they are a bit pricey...
