I take them and take both pills with my breakfast in the morning. Never gave me any problems!

OK thanks, just checking I've actually been taking it for a while, no bad side effects but it just occurred to me that I might be taking them incorrectly.

ladies i have a 60 pack never used cant take them becuase of the iron let me know if you want them. i paid 40 will sell for 20. thanks

I take them at the same time right before bed. I was taking them in monring with breakfast but they were making me so sick.
