Citrus - Bar Question
How soon do you think I can cut up limes, lemons, oranges for the bar for the BBQ we are having Sunday? If i do it now will they get yucky....
just trying to knock little things off my list!

I'd do it tomorrow afternoon.
pasta salads seem to get better the more in advance they are done since the flavor settles in!
and any marinating can be done up to 24 hrs in advance

I would do it Saturday, honestly. We are having one Saturday and I'll prob cut up Sat AM. Are there other things you can do in advance?
