City Mini and DIAPER BAG
Can you fit a diaper bag overt the handle to hang on the stroller, the basket looks kinda small...

Not much fits in the basket, unfortunately.
I use hooks to hold my diaper bag, purse, etc and I have the velcro parent attachment that has two cup holders and a zippered compartment.
The belly bar is helpful for giving DC something to hold onto, plus you can add attachments such as cupholder, snack tray to the belly bar.

I put a diaper bag over the handles.
Though, on the stroller, there is a warning not to (if you over-pack the diaper bag, it gets back-heavy).

Oddly enough...my sister and I both have the 2010 City Mini and my basket is bigger than hers. It's very strange. I can fit enough in the basket but I also hang my diaper bag on the handle. But as the pp said it can get back heavy if the diaper bag has too much in it.

Question on this- why does it say not to hang anything on the handle?
Yet they sell these Mommy straps...isn't that the same as hanging stuff on the handle?
This stroller is confusing me! 
And for the record- for the money I paid for that thing- couldn't it have COME with a cup holder??????
