classroom decoration help... quick!!!
I bought stuff to hang from the ceiling in my classroom but as it turns out, I hate it. I bought it at a party store and when I went back there, I saw nothing that looked like what I want.
What are some good websites that have hanging decorations, and ship out quickly??!

I don't use hanging decorations, but did you try LL Weans? or Carson Dellosa? or even island art and school supply website?

thanks I'm going to check those out!
I checked out some other sites already... like oriental trading... and they had some cute stuff but to get it in the time I need, shipping would cost $20!! 
I am also interested in any store recommendations

Are you in Nassau or Suffolk? Island School and Art Supply has a ton of stuff and they're in Seaford, Medford, St. James and Oakdale.

I'm in nassaue  but if you think it's worth the trip, I'd go out there! How far is that from Huntington? (that's a trip I'm used to because we go to Walt Whitman a decent amount!)

Seaford would probably be the closest one to you...maybe 40 minutes? They have a nice selection though. Here's the website: http://www.educationalmaterial.com/html/teacher_store_locations.html
If not there's also Lakeshore in New Hyde Park, but that's a hike for you too.

well the island art and school supply in st. james is tiny. Medford is much bigger i think, because everytime I need something the St. James store doesn't have, they order it from the Medford store. LL Weans is in Melville, in the same parking lot as dave and busters. It's kind of small too, but I feel like they pack more stuff in there. I like their website though too.
Just a thought, but have you tried Michaels, AC Moore, or Staples? I know they have sections of decorations.

Thanks for the info- I actually haven't thought of checking out the art stores like Michaels and AC Moore!! What a great idea since I have one of each 5 mins from where I live!!

Thank you! I'm going to check out the website to see if there's anything that looks like what I have in mind!!
If not, at least it opens up more options for teacher stores I can check out!

Call Huntington Business Products. They have a teacher's section; so does Staple's & I saw a bunch of stuff at Dollar Tree, too!
