Clean License...
I know this is probably a stupid question but does a clean license mean you have NO points at all?

If I were hiring someone for a driving type job, then I would want it to mean that. I guess that "clean license" is sort of a slang term but that is what it means to me.
I know someone who is in big trouble for driving very dirty. Well, his last several tickets were for driving w/ no license. Would that be called driving dirty or driving naked or, perhaps naked and dirty?

So I guess leaving my license in my pocket and putting it through the washing machine didn't actually "clean" it?
