cleaning hardwood floors - swiffer wetjet?
Can I use a swiffer wetjet on my water-based sealed hardwood floors? If not, what do I use? I don't want to take the finish off...

i sometimes use a wet swifter but mostly use white vinegar and water or dove liquid soap and water.

This has been a very popular question on this board.
Every hardwood floor expert has told me that water and comercial cleaners are the enemies of hardwood flooring.
Vacuum and swiffer thoroughly to remove all dust and dirt as they can scratch the finish.
Then, mix one part white vinegar to three parts water in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture onto a microfiber mop until damp and wash the floor. Make sure the floor is not too wet and dry immediately.

I was told the exact same thing but I have yet to try it yet out of fear. Does it smell? My husband hates the small of vinegar and I was wondering if it smells really bad.
