Cleaning House...vent
Is it possible to keep my house clean for just an hour? I'm not even asking for a whole day. As soon as I find that I've cleaned up a room, 5 minutes later toys are all over the place and food is on the floor. DH will let kids eat anything, anywhere they want. Ughhhhh! And is it too much to ask that DH wipe the toilet rim when he's done going? What's worse is when he shaves and all the little hairs are all over the sink. Can't you use the sponge and clean off every last one. If I can see them, why can't he? Just once I would like to have a clean home for an hour.
Sorry so long!
Thank you for the vent!

Re: Cleaning House...vent
I have discovered that my husband could really care less if the house is a mess.

Re: Cleaning House...vent
You are my house cleaning vent twin Joe is the same way. I swear he walks past the sink and the dishes magicaly dissapear. We have started a new rule.......I ask 3-4 times for hime to pick up/put away his mess, clothes, whatever and on the 6th request I will throw it away. Mean yes, but if you saw our last house when I moved in with him you would understand. Let me put it to you this way...It was Jan and I bought a rake to rake the livingroom floor BEFORE I could vacum. I also washed dishes from Thanksgiving!! Yes THANKSGIVING!!!! We don't play anymore 6x's and it's out
