cleaning lady / service recommendation - South shore Nassau

I am looking for a new cleaning lady or service for our home on the south shore of Long Island in the south Baldwin area. I'm not happy with the job my current people are doing at all.

I'm looking for someone who has his/her own transportation (we are on the bus line if necessary). They have to be totally trustworthy and honest, as eventually I need them to come when we aren't home. They must also be reliable and thorough. They cannot have a problem with cats -- I have two friendly, indoor cats who will be home while the cleaning people are here.

I know you live local to me - I have a woman that I've used for almost 7 years and she did my parents house for years before that. Has a key to the house and everything. She comes with a crew of 2-3 people and they bang it out in under 2 hours. Not sure if you still need someone but I can see if she is taking on new customers.

I know she primarily does the north shore/garden city area but she makes a special trip to the south shore for us. Every other Monday afternoon. She might be willing to combine. Let me know.
