Cleaning Sofa after DS got sick

DS threw up all over the sofa last week when he had the stomach virus. We cleaned right away with soap and water. Now a few days later I feel like it still smells a little. It could be from me being pregnant and my senses are crazy but I can't take it.

Any ideas on what I can clean the sofa with. Its microfiber. Should I use clothes detergent and water? or spray it with somehting?

This just happened to us. First I used soap and water. Then after that dried, I used Resolve Multifabric spray, and that definitely took care of any staining, but I still felt there was a tiny smell a few days later. So finally I used a generous amount of Mother's Little Miracle (got this at BBB, but I think it's the same premise as the Nature's Miracle spray for pet odors so you could probably use that) and the smell was gone.

I would use some detergent and water and then spray it down with febreeze or lysol fabric spray!
